An undercroft Garage maximised the opportunity for an elevated ground and upper floor as a viewing platform with views of Bold Park. The main living areas were designed to create a landscape experience from within the house. Solar passive design principles, performance glazing, underfloor heating and renewable energy create a comfortable home for the family all year round. An on-going relationship with design and budget planning enabled such an ambitious home while maintaining our clients budget expectations.
